You don’t cut corners protecting your investment, so we aren’t either. Mytechdoc® only uses systems that are top of the line and designed to last well into the future. Our high quality, all-weather proof cameras are graded for 10+ years. While we can install wireless systems, our preference is hard wiring for reliability. Mytechdoc® uses PoE Cat6 ethernet cable to provide power while also sending video data from each camera directly back to a base server that locally stores your footage so you, and only you, will have viewing access (as opposed to cloud-based storage). All equipment is powered by a UPS backup battery to ensure that even in a power outage, your cameras are live and recording. An everyday continuous feed of visibility, without disruption, will provide peace mind that you and others are safe.
Our systems can be expanded at anytime, so don’t feel pressured to have it all figured out now. Start with a few and add more later!
Our Process Start to Finish:
Step 1: Gameplan – We’ll walk the property with you to fully understand your needs and what you are trying to protect. Combining your desires with our understanding of the technology’s practical limitation, we provide suggestions, and together as a team, create your personalized blueprint.
Step 2: Budgeting – Choose equipment quality and styling based on your budget. At this time a 50% deposit for material will be collected before on-site work begins.

Step 3: Minimally Invasive, Quality Installation – We do our best not to disturb the normal flow of life or business by working around your schedule as much as possible.
Step 4: Client Education – Thorough, patient instruction on how the system works and its proper operation is an important step. Before we leave, we want you to be fully confident in the functionality and use of your new investment!

Step 5: Tweaking – Once the cameras are installed, the job still isn’t done. All needs to be practically tested by you! Our team will make multiple check-up visits to fine-tune your system, adjust camera angles, night visibility, alert schedules, and trigger sensitivity. The advanced software we use can have alerts and recording set to your personal preference: Continuous, only upon triggers, only during non-business hours, to alert a cell phone, etc. An effectively calibrated system is essential to your comfort and safety.

Step 6: Client Satisfaction! 🤞 – Once you are happy, the final payment is collected and password document released. With this you will have full administrative control. If in the future we go out of business, or are unable to service your equipment, you won’t be up a creek without a paddle (unfortunately a common story in this industry). Our aim is to do such a quality job that there won’t be a need, but in case there is, it’s your system and you completely own it, so you, or a future technician, will have all the administrator logins necessary to execute warranties or make modifications.
Step 7: Monthly Monitoring Services Available – For a flat monthly fee we can take care of all maintenance, install software updates, and perform efficiency diagnostics. Saving you the headache so your system will simply “just work.”
